BEZHIN ROSKO* is an enterprise founded by Akira Peters in September 2007 at Roscoff, Brittany. Its purpose is to do independent scientific research on seaweeds, particularly on the laboratory model alga Ectocarpus, to provide consultancy related to marine macroalgae, and to deliver algal strains from the BEZHIN ROSKO culture collection. The business site of BEZHIN ROSKO moved to Santec in November 2010.
